Job purpose

The SPS Financial Analyst is a diverse role accountable for financial close, reporting, analytics and planning for our Instantel brand, management of the SPS global commission plans and participation in various special projects. The role will partner with the functional / business leaders, shared services and controllership to provide finance support for Instantel and calculate the monthly / quarterly variable incentive for our global Sales organization.

This is a hybrid role based in our Fishers, IN office, with an in-office presence required three days per week.

Duties and responsibilities

• Analyze month-end results, prepare journal entries as needed and monthly results variance analysis for review with business and Finance leadership
• Partner with various functional leaders to assist with weekly, monthly reporting of business KPI's and help develop quarterly forecasts and annual budget
• Calculate monthly variable compensation payments for the SPS global sales organization; submit calculations for payment and help with updates and distribution of annual compensation plans
• Foster a positive team environment
• Perform ad-hoc reporting requests and drive standard reporting where applicable
• Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
