Pack Member Profile : Controller
The Controller is a key leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations for both the company and its restaurant clients. This position ensures accuracy in financial reporting, oversees accounts payable and receivable, manages payroll, and supports financial decision-making. The Controller will work closely with the CEO, partners, and administrative team to maintain financial health, improve processes, and provide insights that drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Management & Accounting :
- Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the company and its clients.
- Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, sales tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements.
- Monitor weekly cash balances and manage cash flow for optimal financial stability.
- Prepare financial reports and KPIs to provide insights for leadership and clients.
