Here's what you can expect as a Growth Strategy Analyst at DaVita :

We are looking for an Analyst to join our high performing Growth Strategy team. As an Analyst on our team, you will help design, implement, and execute on strategic projects that drive DaVita's multi-year growth. You will combine aspects of Finance, Growth, and Strategy to critically think through complex problems and help solve critical business issues that impact our short-term & long-term goals.

On our team, we will ask you to use your analytical mindset to push forward and make recommendations on important Village initiatives. We then will ask you to use your relationship building skills to implement your ideas with cross-functional partners. You will work with a team to help deploy your findings across the Village. Your work will be visible to senior leadership, and you'll be expected to support your findings with senior leadership.

• Strong foundation in quantitative concepts (e.g. financial, statistical, forecasting, etc.)

• Knack for quickly internalizing how business processes work and the role that people play within the Village

Salary / Wage Range

56,500.00 - $75,500.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
