Security Clearance : Must possess a Public Trust clearance.

INTECON, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead internal controls and financial audits for DHS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial compliance, conducting internal audits, and ensuring adherence to OMB A-123, FMFIA, and DHS financial policies.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Conduct A-123 internal control assessments and risk mitigation.
Evaluate and implement corrective actions for financial discrepancies.
Provide compliance oversight for financial operations and federal reporting.
Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with DHS policies.
Prepare financial reports for leadership and external audit agencies.

Qualifications : Education :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience :

10+ years of experience in financial auditing and internal controls.

Experience with federal financial compliance and OMB A-123 assessments.

Preferred Certifications :

Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)

Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Security Clearance :

Must possess a Public Trust clearance.
