Job Title : Maintenance Planner / Scheduler

Job Summary :
The Maintenance Planner / Scheduler is responsible for improving the productivity and work quality of the maintenance team by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordinating maintenance activities. This role involves developing and maintaining detailed maintenance schedules, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities :
Work Order Planning :
- Review incoming maintenance work requests and determine resource requirements (labor, tools, equipment, and materials).
- Develop detailed job plans, including step-by-step instructions, necessary permits, safety precautions, and special equipment requirements.
- Prioritize and group work orders for efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
