  • Execute, maintain and author supply chain related QMS Standard Operating Procedures (New Material Approvals, Min/Max Inventory system, receiving) and deviations.
  • Identify and implement supply chain related process improvements.
  • Maintain sourcing KPIs to monitor the health of the sourcing organization.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the team on best practices in vendor management, cost reductions, and end-to-end supply chain knowledge.
  • Support all procurement activities related to the brownfield construction/fit-ups as requested.
  • Partner with the leadership team to develop a long-term strategy for ARMI Procurement.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative team environment
  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience within the Life Sciences Industry.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of direct work/sourcing experience in cell therapy, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, medical device, or other similar industries.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in the BoM development process
  • Advise, manage and improve inventory levels to support ongoing operations.
  • Experience with Rockwell PharmaSuite MES, ERP Implementation (Procurement focus) preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of mentoring supply chain professionals.
  • Proven ability to communicate, appropriately escalate risks and suggest risk mitigations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data sets and identify actionable insights.
  • Experience in the CDMO business model and in GMP operations is desired.
  • Experience with facility construction is preferred.
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, including occasional overhead lifting, is required.
