Summary :
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in the financial management of the company by establishing and maintaining financial standards, analyzing and interpreting financial data, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making. This position is responsible for managing the company's financial planning processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial models, and supporting various corporate financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, period-end closing, and financial reporting. The role requires close collaboration with senior management, internal and external auditors, and various departments to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with industry standards.
This position is based at our Mt. Holly facility in Goose Creek, SC.
Responsibilities :
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Financial Planning System Administration : Manage the company’s financial planning processes, ensuring efficient operation, security, and user support.
- Model Development & Maintenance : Develop, update, and maintain financial models to align with the company's evolving business needs.
- Business Plan & Forecasting : Work with management to generate business plans and forecasts for various operating segments with focus on multi-year performance targets.
- Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reporting : Analyze monthly financial results and prepare reports for monthly business reviews, earnings calls, and Board of Directors meetings.

Requirements : Education
Minimum : Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
Preferred : MBA in related field
Technical Experience
Minimum : 7+ years (including 3+ years Accounting)

Preferred : 2+ years Supervisory experience
Manufacturing
Preferred : 3+ years
Training / Certifications
Preferred : CPA
