We’re looking for a talented, detail oriented Financial Analyst to join our team on a hybrid schedule. Under the direction of the VP of Finance this role will be responsible for performing ad hoc analysis and creating robust forecasting models to assist in executive decision-making that will drive maximum efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing financial data from company reports and providing forecasting support
• Creating and updating financial models to project future performance based on different scenarios and assisting in creating financial forecasts
• Preparing detailed reports outlining findings, analysis, and recommendations for executive management to guide and influence long-term strategic decision making
• Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
• Conducting business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and developing forecasting models
• Identifying trends and recommending strategic actions to executive management
• Providing expertise, advice, planning, and support for accounting projects
• Tracking and determining financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation Range : $85k - $115k
