ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide analysis and reporting for all organizational payroll expenses, including explanations to forecast, budget and prior year.
• Partner with sales and HR teams for accurate and timely payments of established sales commission and bonus programs.
• Perform month end responsibilities and assist in the preparation of monthly business review presentations to upper Management.
• Support business planning and forecasts towards achieving organizational objectives, improving visibility and measurement of results.
• Communicate financial results to finance leadership and other internal partners, with an understanding of company KPIs impact on the financial results.
• Assist with external and internal audits by providing requisite details for successful completion of audit.
• Actively identifies ways to eliminate low-value work and leverages efficient automation.

REQUIREMENTS :

Salary range : $75,000-$85,000 / year
