Job descriptionDevelop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day. Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations. Possess excellent communication skills. Display good analytical skills. Must be a self-starter and a sales hunter. We're looking for someone that can call on our Homeowner Customers and sell them financial products. General Lines Life / Health / Accident / HMO and Property & Casualty Insurance License Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred Base pay plus commission / bonus Growth potential / Opportunity for advancement This is an in-office position. Potential Agency Acquistion after 18 Months Potential New Agent Bonus of up to $25,000 after 18 Months
