Your Role's Purpose :
As a Financial Advisor in our Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with clients, providing tailored guidance and financial planning, while enhancing the reach of our brand. We equip you with an open architecture product platform and premier resources in the financial industry, enabling you to foster strong relationships with our esteemed existing clientele.
What We Are Looking For :
- A proven track record in building relationships, identifying client needs, and offering effective solutions
- Possession of FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses; Series 65 or 66 licenses are also required or the ability to obtain them upon hiring
- Adeptness in presenting intricate solutions to an informed clientele while establishing trust and rapport
- Having a relevant degree and / or professional certifications is advantageous; our Tuition Reimbursement program can assist you in obtaining a CFP or degree if you do not have one already

Please note that most positions at Fidelity are hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (from Monday to Friday) in a Fidelity office. This policy does not apply to fully remote or onsite roles.
