Schedule : 5 days a week 8 hours each day 07 : 00 to 03 : 30
Qualifications :
The applicant must have at least 3 years’ documented experience.
Be able to perform :
Heavy work (lifting of 25 lbs to 50lbs).
Ability to assembler and disassembler furniture
Ability to fix broken furniture
Ability make furniture in accordance with plans
Work in a noisy environment (Must be able to wear hearing protection when necessary)
Standing and bending for long periods of time
Duties :
Measures, cuts, constructs, or repairs wood or wood substitute items such as scaffolding, staging parts, panels, bin pallets, concrete forms, dry walls, and rook decking.
Measures, cuts, constructs, installs, repairs, and modifies building components such as rafters, walls, staircases, windows, and frames, trim work, and cabinets.
Independently plans and completes projects that involve constructing, altering, repairing, and / or modifying framework, rafters, doors, finished paneling, windows, interior / exterior trim, staircases, trusses, and beams.
Plans, measures and lay out carpentry materials using broad knowledge of wood materials and substitutes with general and precision woodworking techniques.
Knowledge of metal framing for walls and drop ceiling.
