Description
Under direct supervision of the Carpenter Foreman, coordinate assigned work and perform all aspects of general carpentry.
Examples of Duties

- Perform a variety of journey level skilled carpentry work in the construction, maintenance, and repair of buildings and facilities; and perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
- Accurately record time and materials expended on jobs.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Report for work in emergency situations (hurricanes, floods, etc.) unless otherwise directed by the Assistant Vice President for Administration.
- It may be necessary to perform work in noisy, hot, dry, and / or wet locations.
Typical Qualifications
