They are seeking a candidate who is results-oriented marketer with a knack for strategy and analytics!
Reporting directly to the Marketing and Product Manager , you will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, optimizing marketing spend, and achieving our growth objectives.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across various acquisition channels (e.g., paid social, search, content, email, referrals).
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, working closely with external agencies to maximize ROI.
Conduct A / B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective marketing strategies.
Analyze marketing data to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Develop and maintain customer personas and segmentation strategies for improved targeting.
Collaborate with the content team to align marketing campaigns with content strategy.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to uncover new growth opportunities.
Present marketing performance reports and insights to the leadership team.
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in a growth marketing or marketing analyst role, preferably in Fintech, Tech, or high-growth consumer brands.
Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and growth.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
Expertise in paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
