Through these partnerships, Celtic provides a diverse array of consumer and small business loan and financing solutions. The FinTech Program Manager will lead all interactions between the Bank and designated fintech partners.
The SLP Program Manager serves as Celtic Bank's primary point of contact for one or more assigned fintech partner programs, managing day-to-day oversight of program performance, credit, operations, compliance, finance, legal, and marketing activities. The role monitors partner programs against contractual, regulatory, and risk requirements; coordinates with Risk, Compliance, Credit, Legal, and Operations to resolve issues; and reports program performance and risk to senior management. This position supports the Bank's growth in partner loan volume while keeping assigned programs operating within approved risk and compliance parameters.
This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid role based in Salt Lake City with limited travel required.
