Job Purpose and Role
The CSR Dispatcher provides administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company (One of our Clients).
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls from customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their plumbing and HVAC needs.
- Follow up on leads from Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp, and other lead gen sources
- Effectively diagnose customer issues by asking clarifying questions and utilizing troubleshooting techniques.
- Schedule service appointments for technicians, considering urgency, technician expertise, and customer availability.
- Dispatch technicians to job sites, ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources.
- Maintain clear and accurate communication with customers, technicians, and other departments regarding service calls.
- Process customer payments and answer billing inquiries.
- Update and maintain customer and service records in our CRM system.
- Manage technician schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
- May assist with light administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Qualifications :
Location : Fully Remote
Schedule : Full Time, Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM MDT (Flexible as needed)
