Job Description
Job Title / High Level Position Summary :
Production Assembler 1 / Product Assembler under close supervision uses written procedures to perform all the steps required to assemble medical related products. Ensures quality and product conformance based on the order specifications. Complies with established guidelines, work instructions, and company policies. Performs maintenance responsibilities to keep area clean and safe. Performs various tasks which may include but are not limited to :
Requirements
Minimum Basic Qualifications :
Proficient with reading and understanding blueprints, assembly drawings and bills of materials.
Strong communication and organizational skills, including communicating at multiple levels in the organization.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Read, use, and understand electrical / mechanical schematic drawings and work instructions.
Responsible for producing high quality electrical products using (PCBA, cables and harnesses, test fixtures.)
Fits, files, drills, and assembles electrical assemblies.
Perform various electrical assembly duties utilizing schematics.
Assembles electrical components, terminals, and switches.
Cuts, strips, and mounts wires to connect electrical units.
Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bill-of-materials.
Test electrical controls and adjust as required.
Ability to work from detailed schematics, wire lists, bill of materials, engineering drawings and documentation.
Be willing to work over-time and Saturday's.
Work in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrates an understanding of basic assembly techniques and approaches.
Overtime and Saturday flexibility
