Job Description

This role is critical for overseeing and supporting the inspection team and ensuring the quality and compliance of all fire sprinkler systems inspected in the field. The Field Supervisor will work closely with inspectors, providing guidance, troubleshooting on-site issues, and ensuring all work aligns with safety standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Inspection Teams

Lead, coordinate, and support a team of inspectors, ensuring inspections are completed efficiently and in compliance with local and national fire codes.

  • Technical Troubleshooting
  • Assist and troubleshoot any issues inspectors may encounter on job sites, using expertise in fire sprinkler systems to resolve challenges and ensure project completion.

  • Quality Assurance
  • Perform quality checks on inspections and services, verifying that all work meets our company’s standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for all

    inspections, services , and compliance reports, and assist in preparing documentation as needed.

  • Training and Development
  • Mentor and train inspection staff, staying up to date with industry standards and best practices.

    Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation and inspections.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, including design, installation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to support and guide a team in the field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
