Bechtel is seeking an Instructor for the Energy team, based in the US. Position will be responsible for the Skills Verification Testing Program, Construction Craft Professional training, and Practical exams on the project. Primarily the verification and training of Craft skills include, but not limited to : Pipe, Electrical, Scaffolding, Millwright-Boilermaker, Carpentry, Concrete, Rebar, Structural Iron, and Rigging. Will provide training to Craft Professionals and provide input to Workforce Development programs and procedures.

Major Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement scaffolding training programs for new and existing employees
• Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments
• Conduct on-site training sessions to demonstrate proper scaffolding techniques and safety procedures
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to help improve their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance training programs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure training programs are current and relevant
• Ensure all training materials and equipment are maintained and kept up-to-date
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they can safely and effectively use scaffolding equipment
