Sole Hire LLC has partnered with a respected technical education institution seeking an experienced HVAC Instructor to help prepare the next generation of skilled trades professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to transform your industry experience into meaningful impact — shaping the careers of future technicians while addressing critical workforce needs in the HVAC field.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in HVAC systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety practices.
Teach both classroom and lab-based courses following an established curriculum.
Evaluate student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
Support a diverse student population with varying levels of academic and technical experience.
Stay current with evolving HVAC technology and industry best practices.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student success and program excellence.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

Associate degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field OR significant industry experience with relevant professional certifications.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

EPA Section 608 Certification – Required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Must be authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorships will be provided.
