Job Summary Join TYLin's dynamic Water Solutions Team as an Engineer and work on impactful projects that shape water management and community resilience. The role involves managing and supporting projects, delivering technical expertise, and fostering team growth while adhering to our core values. Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities Develop and maintain client relationships to understand and meet their needs. Manage multiple technical assignments, leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Exhibit technical excellence in planning, design, program management, procurement, and design services for water / wastewater systems. Support business development efforts, including preparing proposals and building relationships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. P.E. license in AZ. At least 5 years of relevant experience in water / wastewater treatment and climate / flood resiliency. Strong communication and technical writing skills. Experience preparing contract documents, drawings, and specifications for complex water projects. Experience coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, including structural, geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, and other engineers. Client-focused with a commitment to innovative solutions. High integrity, ethical conduct, and sustainability awareness. Demonstrated collaboration in diverse, inclusive teams aiming for technical excellence.
