This is a full-time position that perfectly suits individuals who thrive in a hands-on, active work environment. Positioned within various bustling neighborhoods including Phoenix, Laveen, Tempe, Glendale, Avondale, Goodyear, Peoria, Surprise, Chandler, Mesa, and Scottsdale, this role is instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order in our vacation rental properties.

As part of our team, you will not only elevate the guest experience through meticulous attention to detail but also join a company that prioritizes growth and employee development. Please note, this is a non-remote job that demands a physical presence at different property locations across the specified areas. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean and reset vacation rental properties according to established standards and procedures.
  • Inspect properties for damages and report any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Replenish all necessary items in the rental, such as toiletries, linens, and kitchen supplies.
  • Ensure all areas are clean and presentable before guest arrival, including living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
  • Utilize a checklist to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and comprehensively.
  • Maintain a timely schedule to meet the needs of back-to-back rental bookings.
  • Handle laundry requirements for bedding, towels, and other provided linens.
  • Coordinate with the management team to prioritize daily tasks and manage supplies inventory.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance cleaning techniques and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.

    • Requirements

  • Successfully pass a background check with a clean record.
  • Hold legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Possess a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance to travel between multiple sites.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills in English.
  • Show meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Display physical capability and a willingness to bend, squat, lift, reach, and climb stairs to complete assigned tasks.
  • Ability to follow instructions and operate cleaning equipment safely.
  • Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but not required.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
