Immediate position for a Biologist with experience in histology and microscopy. This position will focus on preparing histological specimens from diverse tissues for spatial transcriptomics.

This is a fully onsite position, located in St. Louis, MO. Relocation cost reimbursement is not available for this position, local candidates preferred.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Establish / adapt and optimize specimen preparation protocols for animal and plant tissues;
• Execute experimental plans in collaboration with cross-functional, internal, and external partners / stakeholders;
• Understand stakeholder interests and contribute to brainstorming and troubleshooting efforts;
• Demonstrate commitment to inclusion and safety and adherence to safety protocols and best practices;
• Maintain detailed record keeping and required documentation.
