Salary : Job Summary :

The Technical Instructor is a critical part of the team responsible for training a diverse DoD audience of range engineers on how to operate the worlds largest cyber range, the Persistent Cyber Range Environment (PCTE). As the Technical Instructor, you will deliver courses online and in-residence and provide assistance with evaluating student progress against course materials and their effectiveness. You will also provide facilitation support to other instructors during course delivery.

This position is located on site at Fort Meade, MD

Responsibilities :

• Deliver training programs on various technical topics, including virtualization, range creation, databases, identity and authentication services, and networking.
• Collaborate with content developers to help build out necessary course-related, student-facing objects like networks, frameworks, and other PCTE platform-related requirements.
• Instruct courses virtually, in residence, or via hybrid format.
• Apply effective classroom management techniques to maximize student engagement and participation.
• Organize rosters and track student progress throughout the course delivery.
• Evaluate and grade student assessments and provide constructive feedback in final reports.
• Provide assistance for course maintenance to ensure training materials are accurate and up to date.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with ability to maintain a TS / SCI security clearance . Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order.
