Support the studio team with tours, sales, and keeping the space clean and organized. Attend team meetings and embrace opportunities for growth and education. THE POSITION :
As a BFT Coach, you’ll inspire, motivate, and guide members to crush their fitness goals while building connections that last beyond the studio. You’ll be the heartbeat of every session, creating a contagious energy that keeps our community coming back for more.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM :
- Certifications : Accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or similar).
- Experience : At least 1 year as a personal trainer (bonus if you’ve done 1-on-1 coaching).
- Passion : You’re obsessed with boutique fitness and love strength training.
- Vibes : You light up a room with your energy, empathy, and charisma.
- People Skills : You thrive on connecting with others and helping them achieve their goals.
- Knowledge : You understand technique, safety, and how to make every workout an amazing experience.
- Extras : Current CPR / AED certification.
