Objective
The Fleet Business Associate is a passionate highly motivated and results-driven individual that will have the primary objective to drive B2B sales growth and cultivate long-lasting relationships with our valued clients. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, exceeding revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your proactive approach to understanding client needs and tailoring solutions will be instrumental in driving the company's success. This is a dynamic role that has great career path upside in the organization. Essential Functions
- Sales Territory Development : Working with our marketing team, identify and research potential clients in the leasing and fleet management sector, utilizing various resources and networking channels to build a robust pipeline of leads.
- Relationship Building : Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, fostering trust and becoming a reliable partner.
- Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their leasing and fleet management requirements.
- Consultative Approach : Employ a consultative selling approach to understand clients' pain points and objectives, demonstrating how our services can add value and address their business challenges effectively.
- Quota Achievement : Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
- Sales Presentations : Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our leasing and fleet management solutions.
- Negotiation and Contracting : Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, preparing and closing deals, and ensuring smooth contract execution.
