Job Description

People Solutions Support - Fleet Management

This role is responsible for functioning as the primary contact for employees and managers with fleet related inquiries, offering self-service support and ensuring efficient transaction processing and inquiry resolution.

Your role :

• Manage employee compliance with Fleet policy, through data analysis, and day-to-day operational discoveries escalating to management as required to ensure compliance.
• Provide high quality support to Philips Drivers, to ensure minimal vehicle downtime (Driver count ~4,300)
• Independent auditing of vendor processes, including billing, vehicle ordering, reregistration, etc.
• Manage vendor performance to contract and KPI, escalating to vendor management as required.
• Work closely with Stakeholders, to provide updates, content revisions, employee use and feedback to drive and implement change.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $25.10 to $40.15

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
