The Program Manager position seeks to understand the client's business needs and exceed expectations in delivery and value using standard project management methodology.

What You'll Do

• Lead individuals, teams, or multiple groups
• Propose a plan that leverages a client's existing framework and work collaboratively with their client to manage and deliver to the plan
• Work within both business and technical spaces
• Ability to build client knowledge and credibility quickly
• Establish and maintain rapport with key account decision makers and influencers
• Define tasks and resource requirements; assemble and coordinate project staff
• Ensure high quality of deliverables and high levels of client satisfaction

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base pay range is $90 to $125. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
