JOB CATEGORY : CHILDHOOD EDUCATION / FOOD SERVICE / KITCHEN
POSITION SUMMARY : This position is responsible for all phases of meal preparation and kitchen operation in accordance with USDA-Child and Adult Care Food Program, Head Start / Early Head Start Nutrition Performance Standards, and New Mexico Child Care licensing regulations. Position may involve the reassignment to various centers as deemed necessary for program operations.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :
- 18 years or older.
- Experience in kitchen required including food preparation and kitchen routine.
- Bilingual English / Spanish helpful.
