Scope :
Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms and / or other designated hotel areas in a timely, organized, and detail-oriented manner. Ensures a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that supports guest satisfaction and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel procedures and quality standards.
Notify the front desk upon room completion to ensure timely availability for guests.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unserviceable rooms to the supervisor promptly.
Respond to guest and management requests efficiently and courteously.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked linen cart and storage area.
Ensure security and proper handling of keys, equipment, and supplies issued daily.
Report lost and found items immediately to the supervisor.
Participate in team cleaning and self-inspection programs as required.
Respond quickly and politely to guest requests, following up to ensure satisfaction.
Present a professional image at all times through proper grooming and attire.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Working Conditions :
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
