Job description

We are looking for a Front Desk Attendant to greet and help check in Skiptown's pup and people guests!

Who You Are :

You are energized by interacting with others and if you don't have the answer, you'll get it ASAP! You have a knack for engaging with people and making them feel welcome and you love dogs (obviously).

What You'll Do :

Greet new pups and pup parents!
Resolve client and team issues via phone, email and in person
Facilitate pet care check-in / check-out and Grooming check-in / check-out
Check in our Bar & Park patrons
Support our Pet Services team with client outreach
Answer client inquiries
Personalize each pups appointment with a variety of add-ons

What You'll Bring :

In-person customer service experience

Excellent interpersonal skills

Comfort with technology and on and off-leash dogs

High school diploma or equivalent
