Your Opportunity

As a Senior Knowledge Engineer, you will be a vital technical resource eager to tackle unique challenges in machine learning, generative AI, natural language processing, and more. Your role will encompass the development of cutting-edge solutions for content metadata enrichment and discovery, allowing us to better serve our end-users.

What You'll Do

Develop innovative tools and strategies for text analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and metadata enrichment.

Implement natural language processing and machine learning techniques to enhance content categorization and metadata enrichment.

Craft effective prompts for AI models to elicit desired outcomes and minimize biases.

Design and optimize knowledge graphs to improve search capabilities and content discovery.

Analyze search data to uncover patterns that will guide relevancy tuning and iterative enhancements.

About You

You are an experienced Software Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or possess equivalent experience.

You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with taxonomies, knowledge graphs, natural language processing, and machine learning model implementation.

You are skilled in Python for data science, including libraries like Pandas and tools such as Jupyter notebooks and open-source machine learning modules (e.g., Scikit, NLTK, SpaCy).

You have experience with ETL processes for large data sets, along with proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.

What Sets You Apart

You have knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud-based tools and solutions.

You have experience with generative AI models, including prompt engineering and parameter tuning.

You possess a solid understanding of statistics and information retrieval metrics.

Pay Range

Your annual salary will be in the range of USD $120,120.00 - USD $171,600.00, based on qualifications, experience, skills, and work location.
