Shift : Rotating
Pay : $24.11 - $36.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary :
Join our dynamic team as a Critical Care Flight Paramedic, where you will provide essential patient care during air and ground critical care transport. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality patient care throughout all transport phases, from initial contact until transfer to the accepting medical facility.
- Accurately document patient assessments, evaluations, interventions, responses to therapy, changes in condition, and procedures in a timely manner.
- Participate in Pre and Post Transport briefings and provide necessary follow-up to referral agencies.
- Ensure all medical equipment is operational and maintain detailed checklists to report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and educate referring facilities and EMS agencies.
- Exercise critical thinking and decisive judgment, demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage high-stress situations effectively.
