About The Opportunity

Corporate Traveler is seeking a talented Technical Sales Engineer to serve as a critical technical advisor and product expert for our sales organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives to support complex, key sales opportunities by delivering compelling product demonstrations, architecting custom solutions, and serving as the technical voice throughout the sales cycle. This role directly impacts revenue generation, with accountability for sales targets and conversion metrics in our East Coast region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, including NBTO, NBI, and overall win goals
  • Contribute to advancing and closing opportunities through technical expertise and solution alignment
  • Help improve conversion rates by effectively positioning product capabilities to meet client needs
  • Support deal strategy and provide input on solution design during the sales cycle
  • Success Measures: Closed-won opportunities, Conversion rate, SvT %, NBI and NBTO performance

Sales Support & Conversion

  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, including NBTO, NBI, and overall win goals

Technical Knowledge & Product Expertise

  • Maintain deep expertise in client-facing technology products and platform capabilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of third-party technology partners and integrations
  • Act as a technical liaison between Sales and Product teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication
  • Translate technical functionality into client-friendly value propositions
  • Success Measures: Feedback from Sales and Product teams, Gong scorecards and call evaluations, Prospect and client feedback

Technical Sales Enablement

  • Support Enablement team initiatives by contributing to product training and onboarding programs
  • Develop playbooks, documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources to upskill AEs and SDRs
  • Help improve overall team confidence and effectiveness in selling technical solutions
  • Contribute to continuous learning and development across the sales organization
  • Success Measures: New employee ramp performance, Training completion and assessment scores, Sales team product knowledge and readiness
