GL Accountant
GL Accountant is responsible for day-to-day accounting activities. Working in a fast-paced environment where creative thinking, problem-solving, analysis, efficiency, autonomy, and initiative are required. Essential Functions
- Multi-entity reporting
- Accounts payable
- Enter bills and credit card statements
- Pay bills in accordance with their terms
- Vendor correspondence
- Vendor account reconciliations
- Assist in processing payroll
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Support the successful month-end closing process
- Bank reconciliations
- Balance Sheet reconciliations

Required education and experience:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
- 5+ years in an accounting role with progressive responsibilities
- Management of an accounting /administrative team
Preferred education and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business-related field
- Quickbooks
- General Ledger Accounting experience
