Job descriptionAssemble and install equipment such as : service bodies, platforms, van packages, hoists, electrical components and circuits, shelving and drawer systems, ladder racks, and other mechanical items Read work instructions and installation directions Gather materials and properly assemble equipment Test performance before delivering units to a final audit Strong mechanical background Understand detailed instructions Able to lift 50 lbs. ASE Certifications is a plus (E1, E2, E3 Preferred not required) Previous experience in the truck equipment industry or similar industry is a plus Respectful - kind, positive, and helpful Career-minded - looking for more than a job. Team-player - works well with others. Organized & attentive to detail - accurate while working with urgency. Efficient - prioritize tasks effectively and manage time well. Customer service oriented - customer first attitude. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Valid NCDL
Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Longmont, CO is looking to hire a full-time Installer to assemble, install, and customize a variety of heavy-duty work truck bodies. This full-time position works Monday - Friday from 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM ; additional overtime as needed or required.
No experience needed - We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and dependable!
