This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a Flooring Supervisor, Field Supervisor, Site Superintendent, Installation Manager, Construction Coordinator, or Project Coordinator. Since 1998, National Design Mart has been a leading provider of flooring, countertops, cabinetry, and interior finishes, serving builders and developers across multiple states. Key Responsibilities Supervise flooring installation and interior finish work across residential and multi-family job sites Conduct pre-installation jobsite inspections to ensure readiness and prevent delays Monitor daily jobsite operations and installation crews, ensuring quality and timelines are met Coordinate with installation crews, subcontractors, and builders to resolve issues quickly Track job progress, updates, and site photos using Company Cam and internal systems Collaborate with Project Managers, Scheduling, and Operations teams to maintain schedules Communicate clearly with builders, contractors, and internal teams on timelines and project needs Identify and resolve jobsite challenges to maintain customer satisfaction Adjust priorities based on project demands and scheduling needs Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Qualifications Experience in flooring installation, construction supervision, field operations, or project coordination 1+ years of experience in the flooring or construction industry preferred Knowledge of residential construction schedules and jobsite workflow Experience working with builders, contractors, or multi-family projects Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple job sites and deadlines Organized with strong attention to detail Experience with Company Cam, RFMS, or construction management software is a plus Valid driver's license required Benefits Competitive pay with growth opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Career advancement and ongoing training Stable company with long-term opportunity Why Join Us?
