As our Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) youll oversee all food and beverage operations ensuring everything runs efficiently and consis tently . Youll work alongside the General Manager and Assistant G eneral Manager t o oversee daily operations with a primary focus on deliver ing a fresh efficient and customer-focused experienceevery single day.
What Youll Do :
Take ownership of our food and beverage programsfresh food grab-and-go meals beverages catering and more.
Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with a focus on quality and consistency. Monitor trends and work with peers to create action plans to optimize results.
Become the in-store expert on food programs promotions and marketing initiatives.
Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate them to provide outstanding customer service.
Support hiring scheduling training and team development. Recognize great performance and help A ssociates grow.
Maintain a clean safe and inviting food service area that meets all health and safety standards.
Oversee inventory ordering and equipment upkeep to support smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays to meet business needs
Strong leadership experience ideally in food service or retail environment s is a plus
Excellent communication organization and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask make decisions and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in problem solving to drive results boost sales and streamline operations.
The hourly range for this position is $22.70 - $28.40 and is commensurate with position experience and location. Associates in this position are eligible for monthly bonus incentives.
