We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at a world-class, luxury hotel located in Midtown Manhattan. This role is an opportunity to be part of a renowned property that redefines sophistication and elegance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage a team of 40+ employees in the restaurant and bar areas.
- Conduct employee training, development, and performance evaluations.
- Plan, assign, and direct work while maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling to ensure seamless operations.
- Promote staff morale and ensure the organization of employee documentation.
- Monitor and manage department costs, including food, beverage, and labor, within budgetary guidelines.
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Address guest complaints, resolve issues promptly, and uphold the highest standards of service.
