Location : Rochester, MN
Starting Pay : $38.00 per hour.
Eligible for overtime compensation.
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday
4 AM average start time

Main Responsibilities :
Safely deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, and place them in designated storage areas at customer locations.
Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
Handle collections and payments from customers when required.
Provide outstanding customer service to enhance client experiences.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly during each shift.
Willingness to drive and work in various weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
What You Bring :
Registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse
At least 21 years old.
Valid CDL Class A issued by your state of residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months in the food and / or beverage delivery sector.
Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred; may be required in selected locations.
Proficient in reading and communicating in English, capable of understanding traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and completing reports.

Compensation may vary based on experience, education, skills, location, and other factors per law. The expected base rate for this position ranges from $38.00 to $40.00.
This role also includes overtime pay and night shift differential as applicable.
