Job Title : Maintenance Lead

Location : Bordentown, NJ

Contract Duration : 6-month contract with potential for extension

Hourly Rate : $38 - $52 / hour (based on experience and education)

Summary :

This person will lead the Maintenance Department to ensure process reliability, supervise daily operations, oversee compliance with ISO, PSM, and EHS standards, manage budgets, and provide technical support.

Responsibilities :

• Act as backup Maintenance Planner, manage work orders in SAP. plan, schedule, and assign tasks for preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Coordinate with Production and prepare permits.
• Document job completion and provide updates.
• Oversee the productivity, safety, and quality of Mechanics and Boiler Operators.
• Resolve issues, manage call-in schedules, and optimize processes.
• Supervise Mechanics and Boiler Operators daily.
• Provide field support for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Identify and resolve chronic equipment issues.
• Ensure completion of maintenance for ISO, PSM, and EHS equipment.
• Maintain compliance files and perform ISO duties.
• Manage Maintenance, Boiler House, and Utilities budgets.
• Implement policies, procedures, and training for the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
