Contract Duration : 6-month contract with potential for extension
Hourly Rate : $38 - $52 / hour (based on experience and education)
Summary :
This person will lead the Maintenance Department to ensure process reliability, supervise daily operations, oversee compliance with ISO, PSM, and EHS standards, manage budgets, and provide technical support.
Responsibilities :
Act as backup Maintenance Planner, manage work orders in SAP. plan, schedule, and assign tasks for preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
Coordinate with Production and prepare permits.
Document job completion and provide updates.
Oversee the productivity, safety, and quality of Mechanics and Boiler Operators.
Resolve issues, manage call-in schedules, and optimize processes.
Supervise Mechanics and Boiler Operators daily.
Provide field support for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Maintain Preventive Maintenance Program.
Identify and resolve chronic equipment issues.
Ensure completion of maintenance for ISO, PSM, and EHS equipment.
Maintain compliance files and perform ISO duties.
Manage Maintenance, Boiler House, and Utilities budgets.
Implement policies, procedures, and training for the team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Preferred : Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience.
Required : Associate degree or technical training with 4 years of experience (non-negotiable).
Knowledge of PSM standards and EHS&S responsibilities.
