Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant is hiring PREP COOKS!
Join us at one of our upcoming Open House Hiring events on either Tuesday, June 25, 2024 or on Thursday, June 27, 2024. We will be welcoming walk-in interviews from 10 am until 3 pm during those event days. Click here for information about our hiring center.
We’re looking for someone who :
- Brings a smile to work and desires to be a part of a positive and fun environment.
- Has the ability to execute in a high-volume environment and maintain quality while enjoying the thrill of getting the job done.
- Takes ownership, turns problems into solutions.

- Can complete daily prep list and other assigned duties.
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Full, flexible availability
- Always maintains a professional attitude and courteous demeanor.
- Arrives to work on time and in proper uniform.
- Complies with all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintains workstations and areas, keeping them clean and orderly.
- Ensures proper use of equipment and utensils, keeping them clean and well-maintained.
- Accurately follows all recipes and specifications.
- Rotates product correctly, so that the oldest product is used first, to minimize waste.
- Always properly wraps, labels and stores food.
