Communicate with customers to clarify application details. Finalize loan details and inform customers of associated rules and obligations. Maintain current knowledge of lending and other financial services. Create and update customer records. Identify customer needs and explore available loan options. Analytical and Detail-Orient : Demonstrated ability to analyze information accurately and thoroughly, with a strong focus on detail. Effective Communication : Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues. Time Management and Organization : Proven ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized records. Sound Judgment and Decision-Making : Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions within established guidelines. Compliance and Verification : Understanding of and commitment to adhering to industry standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, including experience with verification processes. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with database systems and other relevant software applications. Mathematical Aptitude : Comfortable working with numbers and performing basic calculations. Dependability and Trustworthiness : A high degree of reliability and trustworthiness is essential. Positive and Collaborative Approach : A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Minimum of High school diploma / GED Must be able to sit for long periods of time, talking, listening constantly Noise level : moderate noise level daily in an office atmosphere. Must be with the company for 6 months and be in good company standing.

This role acts as a liaison between potential clients and our financial institution. The goal is to facilitate the timely acquisition of loans for qualified applicants while safeguarding our organization's reputation. The Loan Processor will be responsible for analyzing, updating and verifying loan applicant information. Must have reliable transportation.
