Industrial Talent Group (ITG) is a leading recruiting and talent solutions firm that specializes in Industrial Machining and Manufacturing here in Colorado. Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor, who can run, optimize, develop, and lead a high-performance team within a Metal Fabrication environment.
This is a permanent role. Candidates must be willing to work some OT. Core hours are M-Th, 3pm-2am.
Responsibilities
- Supervise overall productivity, efficiency, and performance of shop floor
- Lead a team of 6-8 machine operators (press brakes, shears, plasma tables)
- Build and maintain a positive culture and engaged workforce
- Hire and develop team
- Ensure Quality Standards are met - blueprints, engineering drawings, and cutting plans
