Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Food Service Director to oversee all aspects of our dining operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the culinary and dining teams, ensuring high-quality food service, and providing an exceptional dining experience to those we serve. The ideal candidate has stellar leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient dining environment.

Job Responsibilities

Leadership

• Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching and managing performance
• Ensure food services appropriately connects to the Executional Framework
• Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how to execute
• Reward and recognize employees
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
