The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall Food & Beverage operations of a given shift. The Supervisor will work directly with, and in the absence of, Managers, Department Heads and Directors of the division to maintain and improve the Food & Beverage experience.The ideal candidate will accomplish this by monitoring the daily functions of the department, including providing support, leadership, and guidance to the Outlets teams, ending in a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include :

• Supervise departmental performance and provide them with in the moment coaching
• Lead and coach the team toward achieving exceptional guest service and colleague engagement results
• Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment
• Organize and ensure success with private events booked in the outlets
• Provide "on the floor" support including but not limited to covering breaks, and assisting with hands on service to meet business demands
