We are currently looking to add a Remote - Key Account Manager (Project Manager) that will play a critical role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects, both new builds and remodels. They're responsible for everything from initial planning and budgeting to coordinating construction activities and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to effectively manage all aspects of the construction process.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
The Key Account Manager's (Project Manager) responsibilities outlined here emphasize their crucial role in coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process :
Collaborate with client real estate teams, internal idX team members, external developers, and contractors to assess, plan, and document construction projects.
Develop and validate scopes of work and budgets in alignment with input from idX sales partners.
Adopt a solutions-based mentality to address challenges and create sustainable implementation processes.
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including design, budgeting, permits, contracts, and delivery, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with internal and external resources to provide support services for construction projects.
Monitor budget vs. actual estimates, keeping financial goals and client retainage in mind.
Conduct site visits to verify work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and standards.
Serve as the liaison between idX and state and city agencies and boards regarding planning and construction matters.
Manage the "punch list" to ensure all work is completed for construction projects and fulfill closeout requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
Bachelor Degree or equivalent, highly preferred
Must have a proven ability to create and maintain spreadsheets utilizing MS Office Programs such as Work and Excel
Ability to travel to support projects work across the US
Architectural / Interior Design technical knowledge expertise is a plus!
Must be able to work independently while multi-tasking
Ability to express oneself professionally utilizing both verbal and written communications
Organizational skills and a team player mentality is critical

Exposure working on large scale accounts in a support capacity
Proven ability to lead large sized programs from concept through to completion
Proven ability to lead and successfully manage programs across various geographic areas
Experience in all aspects of construction including both new store and renovation projects
Compensation & Benefit Information :
Salary Pay Range : $60,000 - 80,000 annually dependent on experience
Bonus / Incentive Pay
Annual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance.
