Job descriptionReview and approve formulas and ingredients for compliance Analyze product formulations Create final Label Content, including substantiated claims, compliant nutrition facts & ingredient statements as well as all other U.S. and / or Canada mandated label content. Review finished product labels Provide support for Regulatory data maintenance projects University degree in a scientific field (minimum B.S., Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Toxicology, Nutrition,) preferred. Regulatory experience in food industry 6 months to 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs of a Consumer Products Company with working knowledge of U.S. FDA labeling regulations as published in 21 CFR Parts 1-199. Technical Knowledge & Software Applications : (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Optiva).
