About
We are a Integrated Creative Agency based in Philadelphia, PA. We are passionate about helping our clients get the most out of their health benefit plans. We act as an extension to our clients Marketing and Human Resource teams. We craft communications that save lives. A Designer at MOD requires a candidate to be an Adobe Creative Suite expert, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Å strong background in design is a must as well as experience in high-volume digital and print production. Projects include multi-page e-publications and printed pieces such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What you will do…
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality design for various print and digital projects. Experience working and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Create and build files with using Adobe InDesign. Expert in file set-up, using style sheets and master pages.
- Manage the design and production of work from concept to final output, including preparing files for print and digital distribution. Knowledge of 508 / Accessibility (ADA) guidelines, a plus.
- Assist project management to develop and maintain creative and production schedules to deliver work on time. Troubleshoot and resolve any design and production-related issues that arise.
- Work closely with editors, writers, and other stakeholders to implement feedback and make necessary revisions.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, accurate, and meet the highest quality standards through industry standard quality control and proofing practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design processes and outputs.
- Ensure full adherence to HIPAA regulations, safeguarding patient privacy and sensitive health data in all design processes.
- Knowledge of Figma, a plus
