Segra is looking for a dynamic and experienced Construction Specialist to contribute to our team. In this role, you will oversee various construction activities at multiple work sites and be primarily responsible for supervising contractors in the field.

You will plan, implement, and oversee construction efforts, ensuring that all projects are completed within the estimated timeline set forth. Reporting to the Construction Manager or Project Manager, you will be accountable for the quality of construction activities, ensuring that company standards and best practices are followed throughout the construction cycle.

Required Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of experience in fiber, telecommunications, right-of-way, or relevant construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
